Dr Adrian Ooi

Dr Adrian Ooi is an MOH-accredited, board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive training and experience in modern reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, with a focus on aesthetic plastic surgery of the eyes and face, breast augmentation and reconstruction, head and neck surgery lymphedema surgery and extremity reconstruction.

Dr Ooi exercises a “patient-first” approach, focusing on embracing individual uniqueness when designing customized treatment plans. He believes in harnessing advanced plastic surgery techniques and technology to ensure a smooth and rapid recovery, with an emphasis on reducing post-operative discomfort for his patients.

He graduated from medical school in London, where he was awarded the MBBS (Bachelor in Medicine, Bachelor in Surgery). Afterwards, he pursued further medical and surgical training in London, Singapore and the United States. Dr Ooi completed his plastic surgery training at the Singapore General Hospital (SGH), and was quickly advanced to a consultant in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery, and the SingHealth DukeNUS Head and Neck Center. He then completed his advanced reconstructive fellowship at the University of Chicago Medical Centre under Scholarship from MOH and following this, his advanced aesthetic fellowship at the Wellington Hospital in London.

Dr Khoo Kian Ming Andrew

Plastic Surgeon Dr Andrew Khoo received his basic medical training at The National University of Singapore Faculty of Medicine. He was awarded the Master of Medicine in Surgery in 1992 and went on to obtain fellowships from two prestigious institutions, the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.

He began his Specialist Plastic Surgery training at the Department of Plastic Surgery at the Singapore General Hospital. In 1996, he was awarded an HMDP scholarship by the Singapore Ministry of Health to further his specialty training at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Centre, one of the world’s foremost cancer hospitals.

Dr Leo Kah Woon

Dr Leo Kah Woon is an experienced Singapore Plastic Surgeon accredited by the Ministry of Health and currently runs his own plastic surgery practice, Dr Leo Aesthetic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, located at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre.

Dr Leo is experienced in modern techniques and best practices in cosmetic surgery as well as non-invasive methods of facial and body rejuvenation. He is regularly invited to speak at various local and international medical conferences where he trains and shares his expertise on aesthetic plastic and reconstructive surgery to fellow doctors.

In particular, Dr Leo is skilled in filler injections and has conducted live demonstrations and cadaveric dissections to demonstrate the proper techniques and effects of filler injections. Body contouring is also another one of Dr Leo’s main interest areas due to its versatility, potential and safety in the hands of an experienced surgeon. He has presented widely on this subject both regionally and internationally.

Dr Vincent Tay

Dr Vincent Tay is a board-certified plastic surgeon specialising in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. He enjoys every facet of corrective work, including blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, otoplasty, body-contouring procedures (liposuction and abdominoplasty), fat grafting, and breast augmentation.

Highlights of Dr Vincent’s storied career include national awards for his clinical research in wound healing and fat stem cells, as well as an aesthetic surgery fellowship at Akademikliniken, Sweden, the largest aesthetic plastic surgery and dermatology chain in Northern Europe. He is also actively involved in workshops and observerships in China and South Korea — this plus the tutelage of his European mentors has enabled him to be one of the few plastic surgeons in Singapore who can blend Asian and Western beauty wonderfully.
